William Miller was a resident of Congress and
the surrounding area for decades, working in various capacities.

Upon his death it was William Miller’s wish
to be buried near “Frog Rock”. Then upon the death of his beloved dog “Laddie”
would be buried at the foot of Millers grave. Miller’s wishes were granted by
local citizens to be buried at “Frog Rock” and Laddie is buried at the foot of
William Millers grave some time later.
